Managerial CRM is a product of Softifybd Limited, Tower of Aakash, Level-18, 54 Gulshan Avenue, Dhaka-1212, Bangladesh (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website (managerialcrm.com) and the Managerial CRM service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account details you give us when you sign up or are invited: your name, email address, phone number, company name, country and company size, and your password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Business data you and your team store in Managerial CRM, such as customers, leads, invoices, payments, support tickets, employees and files. You control this data; we process it to run the service for you.
• Billing records: your plan, invoices and payment status. Card and mobile-banking payments are handled by our payment providers (SSLCommerz and DGePay); we do not receive or store your full card details.
• Usage and security data: sign-in activity, the IP address you sign in from and the approximate location derived from it, browser information, and logs we need to keep the service secure and working.
• Messages you send us, such as support questions and other enquiries.

How we use it

• To provide, maintain and secure the service, including sign-in, two-factor authentication and fraud prevention.
• To create your workspace, manage your plan, issue invoices and process payments.
• To send service messages such as verification codes, password resets, billing notices and important updates.
• To answer your questions and provide support.
• To improve the product, using usage information in aggregate.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to run the service:

• Payment providers (SSLCommerz, DGePay) to process your payments.
• Email and SMS delivery providers that send the messages you or we trigger.
• Authorities, where the law requires it, or to protect our rights and our users' safety.

Cookies

Our website and app use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect your session. The marketing website does not use advertising cookies. Some website pages load icons, images and a map from other sites (unpkg.com, Unsplash, Pravatar and Google Maps), which receive your IP address when your browser fetches them.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and business data for as long as your account exists, and longer only where we must for legal, accounting or tax reasons. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.

Security

We store your data on servers in Bangladesh. Data travels over encrypted HTTPS connections, access is restricted by role and permission, two-factor authentication is available for every user, and we keep regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private and tell us straight away if you suspect misuse.

Your choices and rights

You can view and correct your account details in the app. To request a copy of your data, correction or deletion, or to ask any privacy question, email us at hello@managerialcrm.com.

Children

Managerial CRM is a business service and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes we will also let account owners know by email or in the app.
