Terms of Service

Managerial CRM is a product of Softifybd Limited, Tower of Aakash, Level-18, 54 Gulshan Avenue, Dhaka-1212, Bangladesh (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to your use of the Managerial CRM website and service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.

The service

Managerial CRM is an online platform for managing customers, sales, subscriptions, invoicing, accounting, support and related work. Each customer organisation gets its own workspace. Features depend on the plan you choose, as shown on our pricing page.

Your account

• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity in your workspace and for the users you invite.
• One free trial is available per email address.

Plans, trials and billing

• Plans and prices are listed on our pricing page. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout.
• You can pay for a plan straight away or, if the plan offers one, start with a free trial. A trial may need our approval before the workspace opens. When the trial ends, the workspace becomes read-only until you choose a plan and your payment is confirmed.
• Plans are billed in advance for the billing period you choose (for example monthly or yearly), in BDT or USD.
• A plan change takes effect once its payment is confirmed and starts a new billing period on the new plan.
• Users and storage beyond what your plan includes are billed per extra user and per extra GB, per month.
• If a renewal is not paid when your paid period ends, the workspace becomes read-only until the bill is paid.
• If you are not satisfied with Managerial CRM, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of the purchase date, as set out in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break any law or anyone's rights, including privacy and anti-spam rules when you message your own customers;
• send unsolicited bulk email or SMS through the service;
• upload malware or try to access other workspaces, accounts or systems without permission;
• overload, probe, copy or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it without our written agreement.

Your data

You own the data you put into Managerial CRM. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to collect and use the personal data of your own customers and staff.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or retire features; when a change materially affects you, we will tell you in advance.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time; ask us if you want your data exported or deleted. We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms or stays unpaid, and we will try to warn you first when we reasonably can.

Intellectual property

The Managerial CRM software, brand and website belong to Softifybd Limited. These terms give you the right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Softifybd Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify account owners before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
